Welcome Aboard Joshua Lowery

We would like to extend our warmest welcome to our new Onsite I.T Technician, Joshua, who has joined JCC this week.

Josh has been specially recruited to work along side Arran, Chris and James at St Albans in Ipswich. Josh will be based there from Monday to Friday and is set to further enhance our service at this busy high school.

We wish him all the best and hope you will welcome him with open arms.

NEW JC Helpdesk

Exciting News: Our Helpdesk System is Getting an Upgrade!

As our services continue to grow in demand, we've recognised the need for improved communication, data handling, and extended provisions for over 100 schools in the region. That's why we're thrilled to announce our latest upgrade – a new LIVE VIEW Helpdesk system for all of our customers.

Starting from Monday, November 13th, this new helpdesk website will replace one.jccomtech and you'll be able to enjoy all the new features and improvements in the near future!.

Here are just a few of the features that you can expect from this new system:

Direct logging of IT issues from the customer portal
Seamless tracking of helpdesk requests
Convenient access to procurement services and quote tracking
Easy location of scheduled visits
Instant access to essential documents, such as DBS details and letters of assurance

More details will follow today, when we will provide your school with your own username and password to enable you to access your personalised customer portal.

Your engineers will be able to guide you through this simple new system on their next visit, alternatively don't hesitate to contact us here at HQ if you require any assistance.

Meet Chris. He is the technical support lead for high schools in our organisation and provides exceptional 3rd line support to all our schools.

Danny Ellero - Senior I.T Engineer

Danny specialises in providing technical support to schools, including third-line support. He also serves as the primary school and social services lead.

A: Got to be freshly mown grass!

Nik Gordon - Senior I.T Engineer

Nik is responsible for both providing technical support to our schools and developing the five-year plans.
