Remote Support

We have listened to our customers and have recently recruited additional staff to provide an even better service to help resolve your IT issues.

We now offer a variety of Remote Support Services to enhance your existing SLA / IT Support contract, which we'd love to discuss with you. Benefits include unlimited Helpdesk calls, rapid response times and prioritised assistance.

Please contact Kathy or Lewis before the end of this term so we can advise which package will best suit your school's needs. Your new services will commence in September 2023.

School Opening Dates - July & September

As the summer term speeds by,

we are busy behind the scenes planning. In order for us to arrange visits, we would like to confirm the days your school will be open at the end of this term and the first week back in September.

If your school is following the dates adjacent, you DO NOT need to contact us. If however there is any variation, please contact Jools via our office email - office@jccomtech.com before Friday 7th July.
