Every once in a while it might be necessary to grab a lunch on the go while working, but making this a habit isn’t very healthy. National Take Back the Lunch Break Day is here to remind us all that a lunch break in the middle of the working day is an important part of a balanced lifestyle.

Eat a healthy and energising meal, and why not go for a walk after your lunch. Take that well earned break from your computer screen which will not only benefit your mental health, but your digestion too!

As we head into the last remaining weeks of the Summer term, we are busy behind the scenes planning the holiday schedule. As we only have a few spaces left, to avoid disappointment please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to purchase new equipment to be installed, require a comms cab tidy or any upgrades during the Summer break.
Furthermore, the cut off date for orders is the 14th July. Please be aware, any orders received passed this date, will not be ordered until the Autumn term due to the office being closed over the Summer break.
