We can help! One Helpdesk is the most efficient way of logging your problem or requesting assistance. Simply fill out the forms and answer the questions to provide us with as much information as possible. Once completed, we will be notified of your issue and endeavour to resolve the issue. Once your school has been set up, you will be able to log in and see your school's information, current contracts and on going projects.

They are quite time consuming to complete and hence why they are carried out during the school holidays.

This is an example of BEST practice - whereby we organise and colour-code your cables. This in turn enables us to significantly decrease the time for fault diagnosis on the system should it occur.
