Autumn Term

Welcome back one and all from an unexpectedly warm Summer Holidays! We hope you all had a wonderful break and have recharged your batteries ready for the Autumn Term.
This year is looking busier than ever and we have many exciting times ahead. Stay tuned for all our new opportunities!

Queen Elizabeth II Tribute

London Bridge is down..
After yesterday's devastating news that our beloved Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has passed, we felt the need to pay our respects.

Her Majesty was an extraordinary person who devoted her life to fulfil her duties with wisdom and grace. During her 70 year long reign, Her Majesty not only showed us her passion and love for animals, especially her beloved corgis, but succeeded with momentous achievements and paved the way for modernity in the monarchy.

Our thoughts are with the Royal Family.

The Summer of 2022 was a very busy and productive one for our Engineers, filled with equipment installs, cab tidies and upgrades.

Pictured left, a busy server room that was in desperate need of a 'summer' clean! With some great organisation it's now clean, tidy and ready for the Autumn Term.

Reading Progress

Why not start the new school year with a new educator certification pathway?! The ability to adopt new technologies and continue as life-long learners is a critical element in education transformation. With the shift to the new Microsoft Learn Educator Centre, Microsoft are refining their professional growth opportunities to better support educators, school leaders, and staff. On July 1, 2022, the Microsoft Innovative Educator badge was retired. In its place, they have a set of learning opportunities to help you grow your skills towards becoming a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert.
The past few years have exacerbated existing literacy challenges and inequities and contributed to a drop in reading fluency. To level the playing field for all learners and better support educators and students, Microsoft have partnered with FirstBook, the largest and fastest-growing network of educators in the United States exclusively serving children in need, to distribute a suite of free tools that support literacy and reading instruction.

Check out 3 easy steps to get started with the Reading Fluency Quick Start Guide.
