As our business continues to grow with another eight schools choosing JC Comtech to provide their IT support, we have re-evaluated the distances our engineers are travelling on a daily and weekly basis. We recognise that we must optimise our engineers' time in schools to ensure that you, our valued customer, receive our best service.

To enable this and to help minimise travelling times, reduce fuel costs and to continue professional development for our staff, we may be changing your IT Engineer as from September. We do hope you can understand our reasoning for this and look forward to contributing to Norfolk and Suffolk's plans to be carbon neutral by 2030!

Summer Holidays - Office Closures

As the Summer Holidays are fast approaching, we have planned for work to be undertaken in our schools. This means our office will be running on reduced staff and may be unable to help with any technical issues due to our IT Engineers being on sites.
