Mental Health & Wellbeing At JC
|
Ahead of Mental Health Awareness week this month, JC organised a wellbeing session for a chance to relax, unwind and recharge our batteries. We eased into the afternoon with a very relaxing and gentle Yoga session held by Emma Williams from Reflect Health. Followed by a short presentation from Colin Howey from Mens Craft, who addressed what we can do to contribute to a healthy workplace.

Wellbeing and mental health is and always will be important in our everyday lives, which is why we will be inviting our staff every month to join us in a session very much like this, to ensure we are all taking the steps to ease their busy work days.
|

We would like to welcome our latest recruit, Matt Hobson.
|
Matt has joined us as an Apprentice IT Technician. He will be based at and working alongside the Caister Federation schools, joining our Engineers in the field and spending some time working with our Helpdesk Engineer Aivars in the office.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
As we welcome a new member to the JC family, we are unfortunately saying a fond farewell to our Field Technician, Ondreya.
|
Ondreya joined us as an apprentice in 2021, where she worked hard to complete her apprenticeship ahead of time and was promptly promoted to IT Field Technician. Ondreya will be moving on to the James Paget Hospital to continue and progress her career in IT.

|
I'm sure those of you who have met Ondreya along the way, will join us in saying how much she will be missed, but we wish you all the best in your new adventures!
|

Today is the last day of term, which means we are busy preparing for equipment installs, comms cab tidies and necessary roll outs.
|
We would like to reiterate that our office will be CLOSED from 5pm today (Friday 26th May) until 8:30am Monday 5th June. Thus meaning our office emails and phones will be unmanned over the half term break.
|
Please do bear this in mind when reporting any issues and as soon as we are back, we will endeavour to reply and resolve any problems in a timely manner.
