We started on this journey by supporting private customers and using it as a part time income earner. Working on the kitchen table as the office and the lounge full of boxes for all the customer deliveries, we worked hard to grow the business.
We still retain many of our original customers. Our name and reputation for great customer support, unbiased advice and always going the extra mile, soon spread.
We were asked to support schools with their ICT and won a long term contract with Suffolk County Council.
We are a small family business with an ethical, professional approach to running our company. We look after our staff, providing well being opportunities, career progression and investment in skills and people. We hold regular staff meetings so we can get together and keep morale high.

Our offices are now based in the beautiful surroundings at Ketteringham Hall. This not only affords us more space for our ever growing team, but also helps our staff with their well being.
Kathy has overall responsibility for the company finances and administration.
Lewis has overall responsibility for our customer service and large projects
Paul has overall responsibility for technical aspects, providing strategic direction for technology developments.
James has overall responsibility for the field/onsite team, providing internal training
Jools provides HR, Scheduling, contracts and support to name a few!
Jenny provides finance administration support, fleet management and more!
Aimee provides KMC, social media and our Social Services contract
Emma is responsible for procurement and additional finance services
Craig provides senior support to our engineers and customers. Craig also provides technical lead strategy.
Matt's specialism is in training and Intune/Office 365.
Nik provides technical support to our schools. He also writes the 5 year plans
Danny provides technical support to our schools. He also provides 3rd line support
Chris provides technical support to our schools. He also provides 3rd line support
Aivars is our helpdesk support, providing 1st line contact and case management
John provides technical support to our schools.
Tom provides technical support to our schools.
Luke provides technical support to our schools within SENDAT - Luke also provides 2nd line support.
Chris provides technical support to our schools and also supports our Social Services contract.
Jack provides technical support to our schools.
Arthur provides technical support to our schools. Arthur also provides hardware repair services from the office
Davidprovides technical support to our schools.
Matt is working with us an apprentice and learning the trade.
Matt writes and develops the software and systems that power our service offerings.
Ewan writes and develops the software and systems that power our service offerings.
Juliana is working with us on placement from college on the dev team.

Schools reporting issues with connectivity this morning – we are investigating and will keep you updated
It is of utmost importance to us that our staff feel safe whilst working and that our customers feel safe too.
We have carried out a COVID Risk Assessment and put a policy in place.
All our staff have been advised to wear masks when visiting customers and when unable to maintain a safe distance of 2m when in contact with others. Masks and disposable gloves have been provided along with hand sanitiser and cleaning materials in order to wipe down surfaces after use.
