Technical Director

Working in education ICT for over 25 years, Paul looks after the overall technical aspects for the company, providing strategic direction for technology developments. He enjoys establishing new technologies and finding solutions to complex issues. Paul is a qualified PTTLS tutor and provides training in hardware and software from Apple, Microsoft, Google and many others.

Finance Director

Worked in corporate finance for 14 years providing solutions to businesses. A position at the Norfolk Education Professional Development Center gave Kathy the opportunity to transfer her skills and experience to the education sector. Kathy has overall responsibility for the company finances and administration.

Customer Service Director

Andrew has been involved with 'keyboards' for many years, but initially of the musical kind, working in Sales for Casio, Yamaha and Panasonic. He has developed his ICT skills almost exclusively in the education setting and is responsible for all aspects of our customer service. Andrew enjoys communicating with customers and building relationships.

Office Manager

Elysha began an apprenticeship in HR with Suffolk County Council at 16 years of age. Since then she has achieved an NVQ 2 & 3 in Business Adminstration along with an NVQ 3 in Customer Services. Having both worked in the public and private sector Elysha has a varied knowledge of customer based work and office tasks. Elysha is also learning how to work in the repair side of the business so that she can strengthen her knowledge.

P.A. Field Engineers

Aimee started her career in the hospitality industry and did so for 8 years, 4 of which were around the country in luxury hotels. After reaching the role as Assistant Hotel Manager, she decided to come away from the industry but still utilise her skills gained over the years.
Aimee is based in the office but goes out to sites to work with the Field Engineers. She looks after Social Services and  also manages the quotes for customers. Busy!

Finance Administrator
Jenny started her career working in hotels, progressing to Senior and Head Receptionist at several luxury hotels before joining the Castle Mall prior to its opening as part of the Centre Management Team. After a career break  she returned to work in finance. Assisting Kathy with the accounts and payroll and general support in the office, her attention to detail and organisation supports our team of field engineers.
Office Administrator

Jools joins us to help strengthen the office team. With the number of customers increasing, Jools will give team further flexibility.
Jools brings customer service skills and a bubbly personality with lots of style.  Jools looks after the engineers diaries and organises the school visits.

Senior Engineer

Lewis joined the company in March 2011 as an apprentice on the NVQ Level 2 ICT Professional Course. He began working with us for just 2 days a week, gradually building up his hours as his knowledge and skills grew. Lewis successfully completed the apprenticeship in January 2012, going to full-time hours in April 2012. Lewis looks after some of our biggest schools working towards a more senior role. He is interested in website design and development, and enjoys the variety in his working day

Senior Engineer

James worked for 11 years in the Higher Education field before joining the team in Feb 2013. He is Cisco Certified (CCNA) and is experienced in all areas of ICT including network management, software development, fault finding, and also helps maintain and develop customer websites.
James is also responsible for our project installations on site and is one of our Senior Engineers, managing our Field Engineers.

Senior Engineer

James has worked in Education ICT for over 15 years following on from successful training at City College Norwich gaining a National Diploma with a Distinction, Distinction, Merit profile. He is one of our Senior Engineers for the company. Keenly interested in network configuration and design and anything involving hardware setup and repair. James oversees engineers out in the field and is involved with resolving complex problems and projects.

Field Engineer

Danny joins us with 4 years experience of working as an ICT Technician in a local High School. He has worked in a variety of aspects within the ICT field but mostly maintaining networks and supporting students and teachers by solving ICT challenges. Danny enjoys being in a customer facing environment and strives to provide the best customer service he can.

James has an RAF background, and took a career change into ICT in 2000. He comes to us following 12 years as an ICT Technician at a Norfolk high school and has lots of experience with some of the newer products we are implementing, such as Office 365.

Field Engineer

Nik joins the company with 22 years of varied ICT experience ranging from temporary short-term contracts to a nine year spell at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital as third line support team leader. During his time working in ICT, Nik has gained MCSE, A+ and PRINCE2 qualifications and has attended a number of training courses at industry leading companies such as VMWare, Microsoft, Citrix and Commvault.

Field Engineer

Chris has developed his ICT skills through working on the knowledge desk for Currys PC World, and as an ICT Technician at a Norfolk high school. Chris works in schools, taking a calm, reliable approach to getting things done.

Arran has a wealth of experience in school support of which he obtained whilst studying a BSc in Applied Computing through the University of Suffolk. Since then Arran has furthered his education and whilst working for JC, successfully completing a Masters in Computer Science through the University of East Anglia. Arran is proud to be part of the JC Team and eager to support all of our customers.
Field Engineer

Craig worked 12 years in the Higher education field starting as an an apprentice then leaving as a senior technician then worked for 4 years in the private sector managing the IT systems for a company. He has gained various types of skills from helpdesk support to server support and does it with a can-do approach.'


Matthew has recently joined the company and specialises in hardware and developing applications for use in schools. He also works in schools assisting engineers and has a methodical approach to problem solving. He is currently studying and working towards his BTEC level 3 Diploma in IT.
